I love making smoothies for my family. When my son was in his picky eating phase, I ensured that he got in some greens by making him a green smoothie. He still loves every combination that I’ve created.
Today’s creation features fruits that we haven’t purchased in a while.
Recipe for Lamesha’s Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- Frozen mango pieces
- Frozen pieces of pineapples
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- Water
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
Steps
- Combine first five ingredients in blender and blend
- Pour into glass
- Add coconut flakes and chia seeds
- Add a straw or use a spoon and Enjoy
