Mango Smoothie

I love making smoothies for my family. When my son was in his picky eating phase, I ensured that he got in some greens by making him a green smoothie. He still loves every combination that I’ve created.


Today’s creation features fruits that we haven’t purchased in a while.


Recipe for Lamesha’s Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Frozen mango pieces
  • Frozen pieces of pineapples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • Water
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds

Steps

  1. Combine first five ingredients in blender and blend
  2. Pour into glass
  3. Add coconut flakes and chia seeds
  4. Add a straw or use a spoon and Enjoy
